I'd like everyone to meet UMA, my brand new 2016 red Toyota Vios Automatic. She is going to be my partner as I venture out to be an UBER driver.
I am going for my goal to be a productive citizen beginning with this transport business.
I feel like this is the the better option than getting a "job". With a job, I get a fixed salary with a schedule that would not be my choice. Being a Mom, I need to be flexible for the times my kids will suddenly need me. What if they get sick (knock on wood), what if I need to attend to something in their school, etc For my income, it will be up to me how hard I will work to make the earnings that I want. With a "job", I only get a fixed salary no matter how hard I work.

The best advantage this has given me is UMA herself, my brand new car. With this business venture I got into, I was able to upgrade to a great degree my former car I used to drive around - a 2nd hand 1999 silver Mitsubishi 2 door Lancer which also had a name - Sylvia. I had her for about 3 years. When I sold her, it also felt like saying goodbye to a friend. Yes, when you have a car, it is so much like a friend.
Let's see where this takes me. Let's see if because of Pamy, people will have a nice and convenient ride around the city.
